CPU, GPU & battery temperature at a glance. Widget, PiP & floating overlay.
HeatCheck is a simple, clean temperature monitor for Android. No clutter — the main screen shows just four numbers: CPU temperature, GPU temperature, battery temperature and memory usage, color-coded green / yellow / red so you can tell at a glance whether your phone is running hot.
★ MAIN FEATURES
• CPU, GPU and battery temperature, updated every second
• Memory usage (% and used / total)
• System thermal status — see when your phone starts throttling
• °C / °F
• Material You colors on Android 12+
★ WATCH TEMPERATURES WHILE YOU USE OTHER APPS
• Floating window: stays on top of games and other apps. Drag it anywhere, adjust opacity, font size and layout (row, 2×2 or column), hide labels, or lock it so taps pass through.
• Picture-in-picture: shrink HeatCheck into a small resizable window. Choose 4:3, 16:9, 1:1 or portrait 3:4, and small / normal / large text. Can enter PiP automatically when you leave the app.
• Home screen widget (4×1, resizable). Turn on "Live widget updates" to refresh it every 5 seconds with an ongoing notification you can stop anytime.

Note: some devices (for example certain newer Samsung and Xiaomi models) block third-party apps from reading CPU/GPU thermal sensors. On those devices CPU/GPU show "--" while battery temperature and memory still work. This is a system restriction that also affects other non-root apps. Check Advanced info → Thermal sensors to see what your device allows.
HeatCheck only monitors temperatures; it does not cool down your phone.
