Framelit: Storyboard Animator

Framelit turns an idea into a moving story on your phone. Drop characters into a scene, make them walk, talk and wave, add speech bubbles, voices and sound, then export a real video you can post or send. Made for YouTubers planning a short, students with a film project, teachers, comic makers, and anyone who wants to see a story move before they shoot it. ★ ANIMATE IN SECONDS • Move the playhead, drag a character, and Framelit fills in the motion • Draw a path with your finger and the character follows it • Walk and run cycles that move the legs as the character travels • Pose mode: bend arms and legs, tilt the head, and key the pose • Wave and other actions you stretch on the timeline to slow them down ★ A REAL TIMELINE • Clips, layers and sound on one timeline with pinch to zoom • 16 transitions between panels, each with a live preview: fade, slide, zoom, morph and more • Morph glides the same character from one panel to the next • Camera moves: zoom, pan, tilt, shake and punch in • Undo and redo anything ★ YOUR CAST, YOUR WORLD • Paper cut out characters, scenes and props, built in • Build your own character: skin, hair, face and clothes • Bring your own photos and erase the background on your phone • Sketch filter turns any picture into a pencil drawing • 10 colour looks, blurred or coloured backdrops, any colour you like • Draw with a pencil and drop the drawing in as a layer ★ MAKE THEM TALK • Speech, thought, shout and caption bubbles that follow a character • Record voice lines, import your own audio, or add sound effects • Trim, fade and set the volume of every sound ★ SHARE IT • MP4 video with sound, ready for Reels, Shorts and WhatsApp • GIF that plays anywhere • Storyboard PDF with every panel's time, shot, dialogue and notes, ready to print Your stories stay on your phone. No account, no sign up. Every feature is free. Framelit Pro is one payment that removes the ads and the Framelit watermark from your videos, GIFs and PDFs.

Walking characters now point both shoes the way they walk. A premiere screen runs your panels on film after every export.
