5k Run Trainer is a Wear OS Standalone App that helps get back into running. It is based on the C25K model. Make sure to enable notification for app settings. Features: Leave your phone at home with this standalone App. You can pause, skip or stop workout. App works in the background with minimal battery drain. User is sent a notification with details and a timer. Watch vibrates and sends a beep if you are listening to music.
