Know what rent came in, who is running late and what needs fixing. PropPocket helps small landlords keep rental properties in order, without spreadsheets. Add a property, start a tenancy, and PropPocket plans the monthly rent for you. Record a payment and the status updates itself: paid, partial, pending or overdue. Status is always shown with text and an icon, never by colour alone. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Properties: address, type, status and an optional map location. Archive instead of delete, so your history stays. - Tenancies: tenant contact details, rent changes with effective dates, one active tenancy per property and a clear balance when it ends. - Rent and payments: one rent period per month, partial payments, overpayments kept as credit only after you confirm, voiding instead of erasing. Every currency is kept separate. - Expenses and repairs: log costs, even for empty properties, attach receipts, follow repairs from open to done and turn a repair cost into an expense. - Handover records: rooms, inventory, meter readings, checklist and photos for move-in and move-out. Once signed off, the record is locked and can only be extended with notes. - Reports: pick a period, preview the totals, export PDF or CSV for your accountant (Pro). Tenant contacts and notes stay out unless you add them. - Reminders: local notifications for rent due, overdue rent, lease end, renewals and repair targets. - Backup: export a backup archive and restore it later with a preview.
