Open the app to a fullscreen wheel-shelf: cool cave-stone rows of circular wheel faces, each stamped with style, make date, milk type, current weight, aging day-count, and a next-turn badge—so you see every wheel at a glance without leaving the cellar workflow. From any wheel face you can run the full aging loop: • One-tap Mark Turned updates the last-turn date and recomputes the next due day from that wheel’s schedule • Per-wheel turning schedule editor: interval in days, preferred face orientation notes, and skip or pause while a wheel rests • Rind treatment timeline: wash, brush, oil, ash, bandage, or custom steps with date and a short note per application • Cave climate log: manual temperature and humidity entries you read off your own gauge, stored by date and optionally scoped to active cave defaults • Cut and tasting cards: date of cut, wedge size, aroma, texture, flavor notes, salt and moisture impressions, plus a keep-or-finish decision • Weight check-ins on the wheel detail strip so mass loss across aging stays visible beside the shelf face Add or edit a wheel with style, make date, milk (cow, goat, sheep, or mixed), starting and current weight, target age band, and shelf row placement. A seed style pack—Cheddar block, Gouda wheel, Alpine tomme, bloomy round, washed-rind disk, and blue wheel—pre-fills sensible turn intervals and rind hints you can change. Finished or eaten wheels move to a local archive rail on the shelf without deleting tasting history. Typed input only: no sensors, no smart probes, no recipes marketplace. Everything stays on your device so rind care, cave readings, and cut notes stay tied to the same wheel.
