Sobriety tracker and quit smoking support with daily check-ins & craving tools
Addiction Valley is a calm, private recovery companion for people working toward an alcohol-free, drug-free or smoke-free life. It brings simple daily tools for addiction recovery together in one place, so support is on your phone when you need it.
One day. One small step.
Sobriety tracker and sober days counter
Set your sobriety start date and watch your days and milestones add up. A separate smoke-free journey lets you follow your progress if you are working to quit smoking.
Daily check-ins
Take a moment each day to check in with how you are feeling. Regular check-ins can help you notice patterns and stay connected to your recovery goals.
Craving Toolkit
When an urge shows up, the PAUSE tool walks you through five short steps, starting with simply stopping and giving yourself space before deciding what to do next.
Breathing exercises
Guided breathing for stressful moments, cravings or a hard day.
Your recovery plan
Build a simple recovery plan you can return to whenever you need a reminder of what matters to you.
Daily insight and learning
A short thought for each day, plus a Library with educational recovery content.
Support when you need it
An "I need support now" button is always one tap away and points you to support resources.
Your space, your choices
You can use Addiction Valley free without an account, and your notes are saved on your device. If you want, create a free account to keep your recovery notes, plan and progress across devices. You can export your records at any time, and delete your records in Settings. Signed-in users can delete their account in Settings.
