PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED - Usage access: to see when a sleeping app opens during your bedtime window. This stays on your phone. - Display over other apps: to show the bedtime lock screen. - Run in background (battery optimisation off): to keep the lock running all night, so it starts and ends on time. - Notification access: to silence notifications from sleeping apps during the lock.
