Shelfbell: Expiry Reminder

Shelfbell is an expiry date tracker for your fridge, pantry and medicine cabinet. Add food, drinks, medicine, supplements, cosmetics, baby and pet supplies, and get one reminder a day before their expiration dates, so less food goes to waste. No account needed. Everything stays on your phone and works offline. Add items quickly • Barcode scanner: items you added before fill themselves in. • Scan the label: the camera reads ""best before"", ""use by"" and ""EXP"" dates on the phone itself, in many date formats and languages. You check the date before it is saved. • Or type the date. If only the manufacture date and shelf life are printed, the expiry date is worked out for you. • Add a photo so you know which bottle is which. Reminders that fit • One daily summary at the time you choose, never a flood of notifications. • Remind 7, 3 or 1 days before, or any days you like. • Set reminders for all items, a whole category, or a single item. • Track opened items too, such as ""use within 12 months after opening"". • Home screen widget: see what expires next without opening the app. Find things fast • See what has expired, what expires soon and what is still fine. • Search by name, brand, barcode or notes. • Filter by category and sort by expiry date, name or date added. • Note where each item is kept, such as the fridge, pantry or bathroom cabinet, and filter by place. • Mark items as used up or thrown away, and bring them back if you change your mind. Share with your family • Optional: sync phones and tablets through your own Google Drive. Sign in with the same Google account on each phone and the whole family shares one list. • See who added or changed an item. • The app uses a hidden folder in your Drive and cannot see your other files. Your data, your file • Back up everything, photos included, to one file. Keep it anywhere, or move it to a new phone. • Protect the backup with a password if you like. • Restore on Android or iPhone. Optional • Look up product names online (Open Food Facts). Off until you allow it; only the barcode is sent. Also: light and dark theme, phones and tablets, and English, Bahasa Melayu, 简体中文 and 繁體中文.
