E.M Team

E.M Team is the Eight Minds employee app. It keeps your workday, tasks, attendance, and pay in one place on your phone. Sign in with your work email and a private password. Home shows your shift, remaining tasks, today’s points, and a local clock. Check in and check out with a live photo and your location so attendance is recorded clearly. Open your attendance history whenever you need to confirm a day. See every assigned task — name, type, due time, and point value. Open a task, paste the Google Drive link to your file, and confirm submission so it can be reviewed. Late work can still be delivered. Follow pending, submitted, revision, and approved statuses in one list. Track your points in real time, including bonuses and deductions. Request leave or an hourly permission and follow the decision. Open payslips each cycle to review salary, deductions, and payment details. Get alerts for shift times, due tasks, points changes, leave decisions, and password updates. Send a complaint from your phone and follow its status. Keep your profile, job title, department, and wallet details in one private place. Switch the app between Arabic and English, and reset a forgotten password from the login screen. E.M Team is for Eight Minds staff. Use the account issued to you by the company.
