memBoard keeps your residents' association, club, society or community group organised in one app. Members see what is happening and take part. Office bearers manage the work from the same app. FOR EVERY MEMBER • Meetings: see upcoming meetings, reply with Yes, No or Maybe, read the agenda and the approved minutes. • Quick check-in: scan the meeting's QR code to record your attendance in seconds. • Votes and polls: vote on motions and polls from your phone, and see results once they are published. • Elections: view elections, nominate yourself or others, and cast your ballot. • Notices: read announcements from your committee, including important and emergency alerts. • Events: browse events, register, bring guests, volunteer and share your feedback. • Messages: write to other members and committee office bearers. • Complaints and suggestions: raise an issue, follow its progress and rate how it was handled. • Directory: find fellow members, with privacy controls so you decide what others can see. • Documents, discussions, tasks and resolutions: everything your association decides and shares, in one place. • Calendar and notifications: meetings, events and deadlines together, with reminders. FOR OFFICE BEARERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS Open the Admin panel from the menu at the top right. You only see the tools your role allows. • Approve or reject new member requests, add or invite members, edit details and assign roles. • Post and publish announcements, with scheduling and pinning. • Create polls and votes, open them and close them with a count. • Create, publish, start, reschedule and complete meetings. Show the check-in QR code, mark attendance and watch quorum. • Create events, assign tasks and record resolutions. • Review the tamper-evident activity history and verify that it is intact. BUILT FOR REAL ASSOCIATIONS • Many associations in one login: switch between the associations or clubs you belong to. • English and Tamil (தமிழ்) throughout the app. • Light and dark themes. • Role-based access: members, executive committee and administrators each see only what they should. • Your association's data stays within your association. PLANS AND LIMITS • Free: up to 30 members per association. Meetings, votes, notices, events, complaints, messages and exports are all included. Document uploads are not included. • Pro: Up to 1,000 members per association, document uploads and 10 GB of storage. Need more members? Contact us for a higher limit. • Each person can start up to 3 Free associations. Your association is created on memBoard.in, where its plan is chosen. After that, members and office bearers run everyday work in the app, including the Admin panel. Ask your secretary or president to invite you, then sign in with your email address.
