Defect photos to repair requests, overdue alerts, before/after repair reports.
See at a glance what has been fixed and what has run past its deadline. A punch list and snagging app for people inspecting a new home before move-in, inspectors, renovation contractors and building managers.
No sign-up, no ads, no internet. Buy once and you are done. Your records stay on this phone only.
■ Good to know first
· A personal inspection tool. No sharing or sync for several people working one site.
· Repair requests are PDFs that you send yourself. The app does not send them or collect replies.
· The deadline reminder comes once in the morning, not at an exact time, and may be late with battery saving.
· The default repair deadline of 15 days is based on the Korean Multi-Family Housing Management Act decree. Change it in Settings if your contract differs. Not legal advice.
· One plan per site (an image or one PDF page). CAD files (DWG) cannot be opened; convert to PDF.
· Reports, requests and confirmations are this app's own A4 forms, not statutory forms.
· The signature box is an on-site acknowledgment, not an electronic signature.
· Records live only on this phone; use the backup file to change phones.
■ Repair tracking, from request to confirmation
· Repair request PDF: recipient, request date, deadline (15, 7, 30 days...), defect table with photos and a reply column for the contractor. Split by trade and send each contractor only theirs.
· Tracking screen: remaining, overdue and fixed in big numbers, e.g. "Fixed 6/13 · 5 days overdue", most urgent first.
· Re-request: pick only the overdue defects for a 2nd or 3rd request; earlier ones stay on record.
· Repair confirmation PDF: before and after photos side by side, found and fixed dates, days taken, open defects and a signature box.
· Defect status sheet PDF: all defects in one table, overdue in red, with the average days to fix.
· Morning reminder: one alert if a deadline has passed or is tomorrow; silent otherwise (only if you turn it on).
■ Start from a template
· New-home move-in inspection: 76 items from entrance to balcony and utilities
· Renovation completion check
· Building routine inspection: corridors, stairs, electrical room, roof, parking
Add or delete items, or write your own. "New site with the same items" copies the list to the next unit. A sample site is included to try; delete it when done.
■ Scan with one hand
Each unchecked row has "OK / Defect" buttons. Tap "Defect" to open it for photos and notes, then "Next unchecked". Add severity and trade, and group by area or trade. "Speak to write" uses your phone's own voice input (not available without it).
■ Mark up photos, pin them on the plan
Shoot in a row with the in-app camera or add gallery photos. Mark the spot with arrow, circle, pen or text; marks go into the report. "Share" on a photo sends one picture with area, item, date and site name on a strip. Add a plan (image or PDF) and tap to drop numbered pins that match the report numbers.
■ Inspection reports (PDF)
· Defect report · full checklist · by-trade report for the contractor
Header with site, address, client, inspector and counts; choose the pinned plan and photo size; finger signature for inspector and confirmer. Preview the exact file, then share or save.
■ One backup file
Sites, photos, plans, signatures and requests go into one zip and restore on a new phone, including backups from earlier versions. Other apps' backups are rejected before overwriting. A reminder appears after 30 days without a backup. No account, no server; photos do not mix into your gallery.
■ Permissions: camera and notifications only
No internet permission. Notifications are asked only when you turn on the morning reminder. Photos leave the device only when you send them. Gallery photos work without the camera permission. Questions: "Contact" in Settings.
■ Large text, 8 languages
Four text sizes in Settings; only text in the app changes. Available in 8 languages.
No ads. No in-app purchases. Buy once and you are done.
