Offline PDF Toolkit: Merge PDF

Offline PDF Toolkit does everyday PDF jobs on your phone, and only on your phone. All PDF processing happens offline on the device and your documents are never uploaded. SEVEN TOOLS, FREE MERGE PDFS A PDF merger that stays on your phone: pick two or more files, set their order with the up and down buttons, and combine PDF files into one. Each source file can get its own bookmark in the result. SPLIT OR EXTRACT PAGES Use it as a PDF splitter: type a range like 1-3, 7 and keep just those pages. Or split the file every N pages, or into single pages. ORGANIZE PAGES See every page as a thumbnail. Move, rotate or delete pages, then save the result as a new file. IMAGES TO PDF Turn photos of receipts, notes or forms into a PDF: pick pictures or take one with your camera app. JPG to PDF works like PNG: each picture becomes a page, at its own shape or fitted to A4 or Letter. PASSWORD PROTECT OR REMOVE A PDF password protector: lock PDF files by adding AES-256 encryption to a copy, or remove a password you already know. The app never tries to guess, crack or bypass a password it was not given. FILL PDF FORMS Open a PDF form, type into its text fields, tick its boxes and pick its choices, then save a filled copy. Turn on Flatten to make the answers part of the pages. Works with standard PDF forms; forms made only for Adobe Reader (XFA) are not supported, and some forms only accept Latin letters. EDIT BOOKMARKS Add, rename, reorder or delete a PDF's bookmarks. PRO: THREE MORE TOOLS, ONE-TIME UNLOCK Pro is a one-time unlock, not a subscription. The price for your country is shown before you pay, and the seven tools above stay free either way. EXPORT PAGES AS IMAGES (PRO) Save a PDF's pages as PNG or JPEG files at screen quality (150 dpi) or print quality (300 dpi), into a folder you pick. COMPRESS (PRO) Make a PDF smaller by recompressing the pictures inside it, at a Smaller or a Balanced setting. It tells you the old size, the new size and how many images it actually recompressed, and you choose whether to save the smaller copy. BATCH (PRO) Apply one change to as many as 50 PDFs in a single run: rotate every page, add a password, remove a password you know, or compress. Or take the same pages from each file and combine them into one PDF. Files that cannot take the change are listed, never silently skipped. WHY OFFLINE MATTERS Contracts, payslips, medical letters and ID scans are exactly the documents you would rather not upload to someone else's server. Every tool here runs on the device, so the document never travels. The app asks for no storage or camera permission and cannot browse your files or photos. It only sees the files and photos you pick, take with your camera app or share to it. Every tool works with no internet connection. Your original is never modified: every tool writes a new document. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It does not offer PDF to Word or Excel conversion. Extracted pages keep their content, not bookmarks, form fields or attachments; the app tells you first. Any change to a signed PDF invalidates its signature; the app warns you first. It does not claim PDF/A conformance. Compress works on the pictures inside a PDF. A document that is mostly text, or whose pictures are stored in a form this app will not touch, can come back the same size, and the app tells you so. NO ADS, NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO ACCOUNT The app is free to install, shows no advertising and does not collect an advertising ID. The only thing to buy is the one-time Pro unlock. It sends crash reports and basic usage counts (which tool was opened, whether it finished, whether you saw or completed the Pro purchase) so faults can be found and fixed. These never include your files, their names or their contents, and you can switch them off in the About screen. The network is used only for these reports and Google Play purchases. Bug fixes: picking a file that is already in your Merge or Images to PDF list no longer closes the app. Picking it again simply keeps the one copy you have, and re-picking a file that could not be copied tries it again in place.
