Jop - Pis Yedili

Pis Yedili the way it is played in Turkish coffeehouses: with the Jop. Get rid of your cards before anyone else. A seven makes the next player draw, an eight lets you go again, a jack changes the suit, and the Jop goes on anything. Down to your last card? Say "Tekim", or draw a penalty card.
