Each recorded day also becomes a coloured square in your year, giving you a different way to remember how the months felt. When you want a closer look, explore your mood over the last 30 days. See your average, how it compares with the previous period, and how often you recorded each mood. Activity insights help you notice which parts of your routine tend to go with better days. Your journal stays on your phone. Velaeon works entirely offline and requests no permissions, so your moods, activities and personal notes remain private.
