Fenikss is an event countdown app that solves the "expired countdown" problem for annual events. By marking an event as yearly, you ensure Fenikss always shows the countdown to the next future occurrence, never a past date After a birthday passes, Fenikss detects that the date has gone by and recalculates the countdown to the same birthday twelve months later. Your list stays current without any action from you. This behavior works for any annually repeating date: wedding anniversaries, religious holidays, national holidays, seasonal traditions, fitness challenges held annually, and more. The yearly toggle is available during event creation and in the event editing screen. You can enable or disable yearly recurrence at any time, for any event in your list. Fenikss keeps all recurrence data local and requires no login or internet access. The update happens automatically on your device based on your system date.
