Smoother on older phones: equipment renders in a single pass, figures in the machine and on the shelf are lighter, over 200 textures are compressed (much less graphics memory), the 3D views only render as many pixels as the screen shows, and 3D rendering pauses behind open windows. Icons and art sheets no longer shimmer when scaled down.
