T9 Keyboard: Old Phone Keypad

T9 Keyboard is a keypad keyboard for Android that brings the classic old phone keypad to your phone. Type on a familiar 12-key layout with predictive T9, ABC multi-tap and retro keypad themes that recall the phones many of us grew up with. It is a T9 texting keypad for anyone who misses the feel of a real handset, and for anyone who wants a simple, tactile way to do T9 text messaging. T9 mode is a quick way to type. Press each key once, and it suggests the words that match. Pick the word you want, or tap the Next key to cycle through other suggestions. The T9 word keyboard learns the words you use, so its suggestions become more useful over time. Everything it learns is stored only on your phone. If you want a one-handed keypad for quick replies, the 12-key keypad is easy to use one-handed, with one thumb. For the true feel of an old phone, switch to ABC multi-tap mode. Press a key several times to reach the letter you want, just as on old phones. It is a precise way to write, one letter at a time. Word prediction works in English and in the other languages it supports: German, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish and Portuguese. Accented letters work in those other languages. You can switch languages from the keypad itself. Main features: • Classic 12-key old phone number keypad • Predictive T9 word prediction, with a Next key to cycle suggestions • ABC multi-tap for typing letter by letter • Word prediction in English and the other supported languages, with accented letters in those languages • Switch languages from the keypad • 123 mode, symbols and emoji • QWERTY keyboard as a fallback whenever you want a full layout • Learns your words, stored only on your phone, and you can review and delete them any time • Retro themes: 3 free, and more with Pro • Key tones and vibration • Key height setting • T9 speed test with a shareable result card • Works with the number keys and directional pad of keypad phones • What you type stays on your phone, and the app never sends it over the internet • Free to use, with ads only in the app's own screens, never inside the keypad • Pro removes ads and unlocks 5 extra themes and a custom color (key sounds stay free) Retro themes give your keyboard the look of a handset from the past. Three themes are free, and Pro unlocks five more along with a custom color, so you can match the keypad to your own style. Key tones and vibration let you hear and feel every press, and the key height setting lets you choose how tall the keys are. Curious how quick your T9 texting skills are? The speed test asks you to type a phrase and shows your words per minute. Share the result card as an image whenever you want to show your score. Privacy comes first. What you type stays on your phone, and the keyboard never sends what you type over the internet. Words it learns are stored only on the device, and you can clear them at any time. T9 Keyboard is free to use. Ads appear only inside the app's own screens, never inside the keypad. Pro removes ads and unlocks 5 extra themes and a custom color, and key sounds stay free. Setup takes three steps: • Step 1: Turn on T9 Keyboard in your phone's input settings. • Step 2: Choose this app as your input method. • Step 3: Start typing. Android shows a standard warning when any keyboard is enabled. You will see this for this app and for every other input app, so it is expected. Bring back the classic keypad feel, with a keypad you can use in the apps you already use.
