Tide Pass: Membership Manager

TidePass is the members' app for businesses that run on RentalTide: wellness studios, paddle and boat clubs, rental shops and more. Sign in with the email or mobile number on your membership. There is no password: we send you a 6-digit code. If you are a member at more than one RentalTide business, they are all in one place. YOUR MEMBERSHIP • Your plan, renewal date and what you have left: sessions, free days or credits • A receipt for every payment • Update your card, pause, change plan or cancel, within your plan's rules BOOK • Book sessions and rentals with your member pricing applied • Your upcoming and past bookings in one list MEMBER CARD • A QR code to show at the front desk. It changes every 30 seconds so a screenshot can't be reused, and it works without signal • Add your card to Apple Wallet STAY IN THE LOOP • A reminder the day before and two hours before every booking • Booking confirmations and changes, payment receipts and renewal notices • Chat with the team and get their reply as a notification • News from your business, only if you turn it on The app takes on your business's logo and colours, and on iPhone you can choose to use their icon.
