CircuBreeze presents a compact on-device sketch of four common local wind circuits: sea–land breeze, valley–mountain breeze, urban heat-island circuit, and canyon channel wind. Local circuits form when nearby surfaces heat unevenly, or when terrain pinches an existing flow. Land warms and cools faster than water, so daytime near-surface air often moves from sea toward land, and nighttime air often moves from land toward sea. Sunlit slopes and a valley floor do not heat at the same rate, so flow may rise along slopes by day and drain toward the floor after dark. A city core that stays warmer than nearby open land can draw suburban air inward near the ground. A narrow gap can raise wind speed along the canyon axis.
