Sci-fi 3D logic puzzles: guide a tiny robot through 100 mechanical dioramas
Botling is a sci-fi logic puzzle game about a tiny robot carrying a secret message across the galaxy. Every level is a 3D diorama full of sliders, lifts, turning bridges and carousels, and the robot can only reach the glowing hologram if you move the mechanisms in the right order.
• 100 puzzles in ten chapters, from a desert outpost under two suns to a battle station
• Every puzzle was solved by a computer, and only those that make you think were kept
• Difficulty rises level by level, with new mechanisms introduced along the way
• A mechanism only moves while Botling stands on a console of its colour
• Blocks cannot pass through each other or the robot, so the order of moves matters
• Floor switches, drawbridges, consoles that ride on moving platforms and blocks linked into one mechanism
• Turn the diorama to look behind obstacles, and undo any mistake with one button
• Each chapter has its own setting and music
• Portrait and landscape, progress saved on your device
• 7 languages: English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian
How to play
Tap a tile and Botling walks there on his own. He can climb steps but cannot jump. Stand on a console and drag the block of its colour, or use the arrows at the bottom of the screen; a glow shows how far the mechanism can go. A switch in the floor moves its mechanism one step every time you walk onto it, and while the robot stands on a moving block, he rides along with it. The obvious first move often leads nowhere, so look around, plan ahead and get the message through.
Ads and purchase
Botling is free to play and contains ads. Full-screen ads only appear between levels, never during play, and there are no banners. If you get stuck, you can choose to watch a rewarded ad to see a move, once per level: Botling walks to the next console or switch on the way to the solution and makes the moves from there himself, and if you are in a dead end, the game first rewinds to a position that can still be solved. This is always optional, and every level can be solved without it. A one-time purchase removes the ads, and the move hint is then available without watching anything. The game works without an internet connection; only the ads need one.
Neuigkeiten
A "show a move" button is now on screen, and you can use it as often as you need.
