Timing the bomb use for the densest remaining brick cluster maximizes its value, detonating it against sparse or already-cleared areas wastes the blast radius. Unlike explosive bricks that trigger automatically on ball contact, the bomb powerup is a deliberate tool whose timing is controlled by where the paddle directs the ball after collection.
