Lanterno Escape

Lanterno Escape is a game-master console for the escape room you've built at home. You design the puzzles and your guests try to solve them. The app keeps track of the codes, the clock and the hints, so you can focus on running the game. Start by building your room. Add your puzzles in the order the team will meet them, and give each one its lock code and the hints you're prepared to give away. The chain of puzzles is the backbone of the session, so you can set it up calmly before anyone walks through the door. When the team is ready, start the session and the lantern begins to burn down. As players call out their guesses, type them in and the app checks each one against the lock code for the current puzzle. If the team gets stuck, give them a hint, but every hint costs penalty minutes, so asking for help always has a price. Each time a puzzle is solved, the team's split time is recorded and play moves on to the next lock in the chain. Every session is saved to a history, so the game stays useful after the lantern goes out. Lanterno Escape works out the average split for each puzzle across your sessions. Those averages show you which puzzle holds teams up the longest. Use them to rebalance your room, rewrite a clue that's too cryptic or adjust your hints before the next group of friends or family takes it on. Whether it's a birthday party, a family evening or a themed night you've spent weeks organising, Lanterno Escape gives the host one place to run the whole room from the first lock to the last.
