Triplicate

Triplicate turns your device into a familiar site office wire mesh notice board, built for home inspectors and property managers who need to log findings without cumbersome systems. The main dashboard greets you with two heavy bulldog clips gripping the mesh, each holding a white card that displays the total number of open inspections and the count resolved this week. A prominent yellow hard hat button sits in the corner, letting you launch a new inspection form right from the dashboard. Creating a record feels as natural as filling out a pink carbon-copy form, where you enter a property address, select the inspection date, and jot down your notes in a handwriting‑style font. Every saved inspection appears instantly in the Open tab as a realistic pink triplicate slip clipped to the board, with the address handwritten on top and the date in blue ink. You can view any item’s details with a tap or swipe a record away to delete it entirely from the local log. When an issue is finalized, a single action marks the inspection as resolved, moving it to the Resolved list where it gains a greyed‑out appearance and a faint translucent stamp for instant visual separation. The History tab keeps a full chronological record of all inspections, sorted by date, and a sticky search bar lets you filter by address or keywords in your notes. Every piece of data stays exclusively on your device through local storage, so Triplicate works entirely offline with no account, no cloud sync, and no recurring costs. This design keeps your inspection records private, always accessible, and free from internet dependencies. By organizing your work with clear open, resolved, and historical views, the app helps you stay on top of outstanding tasks without sifting through paper piles. Whether you are performing pre‑purchase checks, documenting move‑in conditions, or simply managing facility walkthroughs, Triplicate gives you a lightweight, tactile log that respects the simplicity of a real site office board.
