Sweet Bonanza

Sweet Bonanza is an easy-to-use offline guide to a Silk Road caravanserai kitchen. Browse 30 dishes such as plov, samsa, lagman and shashlik, all gathered in one simple menu. The home screen shows a featured plate, quick menu stats, a short kitchen story and the stops along the route grouped by meal mood. In the Kitchen tab you can search dishes by name and filter them by Feast, Comfort or Light mood. Open any dish to see its guest rating, carbs, carb level, cooking style, availability, sugar, spicy pick and allergens. Write a short travel note on any dish you want to remember. Every noted dish appears in My List, where you can sort your picks by name or guest rating. The Brainstorm tab offers a five-question quiz about the dishes on the menu, with a live score and a result at the end. All content is included in the app and works completely offline. Your notes are stored only on your device with no registration or accounts required, so you can keep exploring the menu in Sweet Bonanza.
