PanelClip: Manga Animation

PanelClip is a cutout animation studio for your phone. Import pictures, cut out the parts you want, and bring them to life frame by frame. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Cutout tool: paint over part of a picture to keep only that part, or extract it as its own layer - Puppet pins: drop pins on a picture, then drag them on another frame to bend and stretch it - Brush: paint straight onto any layer, with colour, size and opacity controls - Camera: pan, zoom and rotate the view, with a different position on every frame - Layers: reorder, rename, lock and set pivot points - Timeline: add frames, choose smooth tweening or instant cuts, set the speed from 1 to 60 fps - Onion skin: see the previous frame faintly while you work - Export: render your animation as an MP4 video and save it to your gallery BUILT-IN TUTORIAL A bouncing-ball example project and a guided tour show you how everything works in about a minute.
