Big Text: LED Banner Scroller

Big Text is an LED scroller and LED banner for your phone. Type a message, tap SHOW, and it fills the screen with big, bright, scrolling text you can read across a dark room. No ads, no sign-up, no account, and it works offline. Built for concerts and fan signs, airport pickups, stadiums, birthdays and loud bars. ■ SWIPE BETWEEN MESSAGES, WITHOUT LEAVING FULLSCREEN This is the part other LED banner apps get wrong. Save your messages to a collection and swipe left or right to change sign mid-show: one for the opening, one for the encore, one with the birthday name on it. No exiting, no retyping, no resetting colours in the dark with one hand. ■ NO ADS. EVER. A 100% ad-free LED scroller. No banner ads. No full-screen ad when you open the app. No ad with sound that blasts out in a quiet moment. No sign-up, no account, no email address. ■ NO PERMISSION REQUESTS Big Text never asks you for a single permission. Not storage, not contacts, not location. ■ WORKS COMPLETELY OFFLINE Everything runs on your phone. Put it in airplane mode at the venue and every feature still works. Nothing you type is collected or sent anywhere. ■ FREE • Fullscreen LED sign in landscape, or hold your phone upright in portrait • Scrolling text: left, right, up or down, or hold it still • Long messages wrap to fit the screen instead of shrinking to one tiny line • Speed and text size sliders • 8 text colours and 8 background colours • 4 fonts, including a dot-matrix LED face • Emoji • Ready-made messages to start from, in your own language • Right-to-left signs, and you can force the direction when a message is only numbers or emoji • Keeps the screen awake and goes to maximum brightness by itself • Tap to pause, swipe up to see the whole message at once, double-tap to close • A help button in the editor shows how the sign works, any time you need it • Add a collection to your home screen: one tap from a locked phone to a sign • Save 1 collection of 3 messages • Light and dark theme ■ PRO: ONE PAYMENT, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION Unlock once and keep it. No monthly fee, ever. • Unlimited collections and unlimited messages • 19 more display fonts, 23 in all: stencil, brush, retro, comic, graffiti, horror and more • Glow / neon, with adjustable strength • Gradient text, in any two colours you choose • Blink, with adjustable speed • Text outline and letter spacing • Custom colour picker: any colour, not just the presets • Bounce: the sign reverses at each end instead of starting over • Animated backgrounds: northern lights, stars, soft glowing lights or a retro grid, moving gently behind your text • Countdown: a big timer that starts when the sign comes up, with your message above it • Mirror mode, for holding a sign up behind glass • Export a collection as a file and share it: one fan builds a pack, the whole row imports it ■ YOUR LANGUAGE, YOUR SCRIPT The app speaks English, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish and Portuguese. Your message can be in any of those, or in Chinese, Thai, Arabic, Hindi or emoji. The fonts are built in, so nothing comes out as an empty box, and an Arabic message scrolls right-to-left even when the app is in English. ■ WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR • Concerts and K-pop fan signs: a member's name in glowing letters • Airport pickup sign: a name at arrivals, bright enough to spot in a crowd • Birthdays and parties: HAPPY BIRTHDAY across a restaurant • Sports and stadiums: GO TEAM • Bars and events: LAST ORDERS, or a countdown to the next act • Noisy places: show what you want to say when you cannot be heard Type, tap, glow.

An easier editor for everyone, and more ways to style your sign in Pro. • A new help button at the top of the editor shows how the sign works • Ready-made messages now sit at the top of the editor, one tap away • The guide to tapping and swiping the sign is shorter and easier to read • Small fixes for newer Android phones Pro adds 13 more fonts, moving backgrounds behind your text, and any colour you like for gradients. Still no ads, no account and no permissions. Works fully offline.
