Garmin Alpha

Connect to the hunt with the Alpha® LTE dog tracker, using cellular technology (subscription required). Use your smartphone to track your dog’s movements with the Alpha® app. Connect your Alpha LTE tracking system to a compatible Garmin VHF dog tracking system (sold separately) to leverage either LTE or VHF tracking signals. Use the Alpha app to navigate and mark waypoints with integrated mapping. Garmin Alpha needs SMS permission to allow you to receive and send SMS text messages from your Garmin devices. We also need call log permission to display incoming calls on your devices.

What's New We're making the Alpha app smarter, faster, and even better for every hunt. Here's what's new in this update: 🐕 Track Overlay See both bark and speed along your dog’s track. Get full insight into what your dog is doing and has done through smart visualization of the track. Customize the overlay with barks-per-minute and speed thresholds.
