Comeback

Comeback is a day-by-day recovery tracker for people who've had ACL reconstruction. Log how your knee feels each day — pain, swelling, sleep, how far it straightens — and watch the trend instead of judging yourself by any single bad day. A seven-day average means one rough day can't spike the whole picture. WHAT IT DOES • A daily check-in that takes under a minute • A trend chart built from your own numbers, not a generic recovery curve • "Is this normal?" — common questions for your week and your specific graft, answered in bands ("very common now"), never made-up percentages • Milestones that mark the moments worth remembering — first night's sleep, off crutches, first jog — logged whenever they actually happen • A private, on-device photo timeline to compare week to week • "Ahead of you" — writing from people further along in the same recovery, matched to your graft and meniscus, at the week you're at now • A first-fortnight mode for the roughest two weeks: a plan for tonight, not a chart you can't read at 3am YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Everything you log — check-ins, notes, photos — lives on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you deliberately publish a written entry so someone at your week can read it, and even then only six things are ever sent: your words, your week number, your graft, your meniscus procedure, your sport, and a random handle. Never your name, a date, your location, or a photo. Full detail: https://comeback-privacy.netlify.app WHAT IT WON'T DO No accounts. No likes, comments, or follower counts. No sharing of photos, ever. No medical advice or diagnosis — Comeback is not a medical device, and where it disagrees with your surgeon or physio, they're right. STILL EARLY This app is in testing. The symptom library and "Ahead of you" entries are drawn from a real recovery but written by one person so far — which parts hold true for everyone else is still being found out. 16 and over. Free, no ads, no in-app purchases.
