Clean Fanatics Operations

Clean Fanatics Operations is the internal field operations application for authorised Clean Fanatics partners and inspection agents. The application helps field teams manage assigned cleaning, maintenance and inspection work. Authorised users can view their daily and upcoming assignments, access customer and property details required for a visit, navigate to job locations, and complete the operational workflow for each assignment. Partners can view assigned work orders, update job progress, capture required start confirmations, upload service photos and videos, record work details, and complete assigned jobs. Inspection agents can view scheduled inspections, record whether the customer is present, capture inspection details and supporting media, prepare service quotations, and return later to complete unfinished quotation work. The application also supports operational communication, payment-status visibility, task tracking, service estimates and location-based coordination during the workday. Access is restricted to authorised Clean Fanatics personnel and service partners. A valid registered account and one-time-password authentication are required. This application is not intended for general customer booking or public use.
