Everything stays on your phone. ■ Good to know first · 90° elbow takeout uses standard butt-weld elbow values (LR 1.5D, SR 1.0D). Other angles such as 45° can differ from a manufacturer's table by a few mm, so enter the catalog value for catalog fittings. · There are no tables for tees, reducers or flanges. They vary by maker and rating, and a wrong table cuts pipe short. Enter the catalog value once and the app remembers it per size. · The app does not set test pressure, hold time or pass criteria for pressure tests. Enter the values from your spec and it judges against them. · Hanger load and spacing are not calculated. Older lines stay under Unassigned site; pick a site in line settings to move them. ■ Cut list: from measurements to stock lengths Enter center-to-center lengths and the fittings at both ends (90°/45° elbow, tee, reducer, flange, plain end) and get the cut length with end deductions and a weld gap per joint taken off. · Stock layout: set the stock length (default 6 m) and saw kerf and the app packs pieces into lengths, showing stock to buy and the offcut of each as a diagram · Tick off pieces as you cut · Threaded lines add the thread engagement per joint · Send the cut list as PDF (with cut boxes) or CSV ■ Material takeoff PDF (for ordering) Whole site or a single line on A4. · Stock lengths, cut total, weight and usable offcuts by size × material (black steel, galvanized, stainless, copper, PVC) × standard · Fitting counts: 90°/45° elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, caps, unions, couplings, nipples, valves · Breakdown by line No allowance is added to stock counts. ■ Pressure test record PDF Per section: test date, medium (water, air, nitrogen), unit (MPa, kgf/cm², bar), test pressure, hold time, start and end times and pressures. Enter the allowable drop for an automatic pass or fail, or set it by hand. A gauge photo (picked with the photo picker) and tester and witness finger signatures go on the A4 sheet. ■ Pipe weight, filled weight, volume Pick a size and standard (KS D 3507 SPP, KS D 3562 SCH40/80, ASME B36.10M SCH10/40/80) to get weight per meter, pipe weight for your length, weight filled with water and inner volume (L). The OD and wall tables show their source and date; edit them if your mill sheet differs (resettable). ■ Calculators Choose a size (15A to 300A, 1/2″ to 12″) and LR or SR elbows to see OD, radius and 90° takeout in the header. · Offset: offset and elbow angle → travel, run, cut length · Rolling offset: roll and set → true offset, cut length, elbow rotation · Elbow cutting: back, belly and centerline arc length for a 90° elbow cut to any angle · Miter: bend angle and pieces → cut angle, cutback · Slope: length and % or fall → fall, end elevation Save results to the log, or tap Add to cut list to drop the cut length straight into a line. ■ First launch A sample site (two lines, fitting counts, one pressure test) lets you try the takeoff and the test record right away.
