Rayati brings your Universal Health Insurance services together in one place: appointments, your health record, your insurance card, your requests, and your family's health. Book in a few taps • Book with the family medicine team at your unit, in person or as a remote consultation where the doctor calls your registered number. • See upcoming appointments and cancel the ones you don't need, so someone else can take the slot. • A waiting room for remote consultations opens 15 minutes before your time. Your health record with you • Prescriptions and their medicines, lab results, medical reports, vaccinations, sick leaves and visit history, as recorded by your health facilities. • My Medicines: tick off today's doses and see what's left. Know your numbers • Log blood sugar, blood pressure, pulse, weight, activity and sleep, and follow them in weekly charts. • Enter readings yourself or link them from your phone. Unlink and erase them whenever you want. Your insurance card in your pocket • A digital card with your insurance number and a QR code that can be verified. Requests without the trip • Request approval for an operation or a medicine, attach documents with the camera or from your photos, and track the status. • Ask for medicine delivery or a home doctor visit. Any fee is shown to you before the service. Your family in one app • Add your children and family members and follow their files. An adult's file only appears with their consent. The Rayati assistant • Ask by text or voice, in Arabic or English. It searches facilities and the medicine guide, shows your appointments and requests, books or cancels, and records a complaint. • The assistant does not diagnose and does not replace your doctor. Your privacy • Your health data is used only to provide the service.
