SutramX Monitoring

SutramX is the mobile companion to SutramX uptime monitoring. When a website, API or scheduled job you monitor with SutramX goes down, your phone gets the alert, and you can deal with the incident from there. You need a SutramX account to use the app. Monitors, status pages and alert settings are set up in the SutramX dashboard at sutramx.com. PUSH ALERTS • Notifications when a monitor goes down, is degraded or recovers, plus optional notices such as certificate or domain expiry and maintenance • Choose which severities reach this phone, and which of them are critical • A separate "Critical alerts" notification channel: allow it to override Do Not Disturb and you will not sleep through an outage • Acknowledge an incident straight from the notification • Send a test alert to check your setup • The app icon shows how many incidents are open INCIDENTS • Ongoing, acknowledged and resolved incidents, with filters • Incident timeline: when it started, where it was confirmed from, acknowledgements and resolution • Acknowledge or resolve an incident • Snooze an incident's alerts for 30 minutes to 24 hours • Notes for your team on each incident MONITORS • All your monitors with their current status; monitors that are down are listed first • Search monitors by name, URL or tag • Monitor details: type, check interval, regions, response time, 24-hour and 30-day uptime, recent incidents • Response-time chart for the last hour, day, week or month, and the most recent checks • Run a check on demand • Certificate and domain expiry for website and API monitors • Upcoming maintenance windows; workspace owners can skip a recurring occurrence • Pause and resume monitoring ACCOUNT • Sign in with your SutramX email and password, with two-factor authentication (email code, authenticator app or backup code) • Switch between the workspaces you belong to; alerts from another workspace open in that workspace • Read-only workspace members can view everything; the actions are hidden for them • See every browser and phone signed in to your account and sign out the ones you do not recognise • Delete your account from Settings Privacy policy: https://sutramx.com/privacy Terms: https://sutramx.com/terms
