Ultimate Drive: Racing Manager

Take the pit wall, not the wheel. Ultimate Drive is a Formula team manager: tune your cars, plan qualifying, call the pit stops and outsmart the weather across a 24-race world championship. Sign drivers, upgrade your engine, aero and pit crew, and turn a midfield team into champions. RACE WEEKEND, YOUR CALL Set up the car, run practice laps and pick a qualifying plan — push for pole or save the tyres for Sunday. Every choice shows its numbers before you commit. LIVE PIT WALL STRATEGY Races play out in real time at your pace (1x–8x). Call pit stops, choose compounds — soft, medium, hard or wets — and react to safety cars, breakdowns and rain that can hit mid-race. BUILD A CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM Earn prize money for every result and spend it where it counts: sign faster drivers, train your line-up, and upgrade your engine, aero and pit crew in the garage. A FULL SEASON OF RACING 24 circuits on a real-style calendar, each with its own layout, tyre wear and pit-lane cost. Fight for both the drivers' and constructors' championships.
