Scarab Sums

Scarab Sums is a quick number puzzle set in an ancient Egyptian tomb. Tap stone tiles on a five by five board until their values add up to the offering number shown above. Every tile shows its number and matching hieroglyph strokes. If your sum goes past the offering, you lose one of three ankhs, so plan each pick with care. An hourglass counts down from 60 seconds, and every accepted offering adds time. Each level brings bigger numbers and longer sums, while a streak of clean matches adds bonus points. When you get stuck, the Eye of Horus reveals a set of tiles that solves the current offering, twice per game. A practice chamber in How to Play lets you learn the rules without a timer. Your score turns into scarabs that unlock six tile skins, from Sandstone to Obsidian Night. The leaderboard lets you compare your runs by high score or by date. Your scores, scarabs and unlocked skins are saved locally on your device, so your progress stays with you in Scarab Sums.
