Phriend Provider is the app for running your service business on Phriend, the local services marketplace in the Philippines. List what you do, get verified, and take bookings from clients near you. LIST EACH SERVICE ON ITS OWN - Create a listing for every service you offer: aircon cleaning, home cleaning, plumbing, tutoring, errands, moving help, photography, bookkeeping, admin work and more. - Give each service its own title, description, price per hour or per job, up to 6 photos of your work, visit type (at the client's place, at your place, online or both), weekly hours and service area. - Pause, edit or reorder your services at any time. Changes save as you go. A LEAN PROFILE - One clear face photo, your display name, a short title, an About me, the languages you speak and your base city. - Share a link to your listing, and preview it the way clients see it. GET VERIFIED - Upload a government ID and a selfie with that ID. Phriend reviews them and adds your verified badge. - Add optional badges: NBI clearance, police clearance, barangay certificate, certificates and business documents. - Your documents are stored privately and are never shown to clients. TAKE BOOKINGS YOUR WAY - Accept or decline requests, propose another time, and mark jobs completed. - Clients book only inside your weekly hours. Add days off when you are away. - You see the client's area when they request, and the full address once you accept. CHAT THAT SAVES YOU TIME - Set up to 8 FAQ answers (how to pay, minimum booking, cancellation) that clients get instantly in chat. - Keep saved replies and an auto-reply for busy hours. - Share your payment details (GCash, Maya, bank or a QR code) in chat when a job is agreed. Clients pay you directly; Phriend does not hold the money. TRACK YOUR WORK - See new requests, today's jobs and your next booking on one screen. - Follow your earnings this week and this month from completed bookings, plus views, saves and ratings. - Review your clients after a job, and keep private notes.
