Letter Log

Letter Log is official-letter (sadir/warid) tracking for organizations that want one clear, auditable system for their correspondence — instead of paper stacks, spreadsheets, or scattered chat threads. ★ TRACK EVERY LETTER, IN AND OUT Log incoming and outgoing letters with an automatically allocated reference number, sender/recipient, classification, and due date, so every letter has one permanent, findable home. ★ BUILT SORANI-FIRST Letter Log is designed right-to-left for Kurdish Sorani from the ground up — the working language of correspondence across the Kurdistan Region and much of Iraq. Arabic and English are also fully supported. ★ KNOW WHAT'S OVERDUE, AT A GLANCE An executive overview surfaces what's overdue, what's in review, and what needs a decision today, so nothing sits unanswered. ★ OPTIONAL AI ASSIST — OFF BY DEFAULT New accounts start with AI off. Switch it on and Letter Log can suggest letter details from a scanned page and draft a summary for you to review and edit before saving. Switch it off and the app is a plain, fast form — AI is a setting you control, not something that runs invisibly. ★ HOLDING / COMPANY HIERARCHY Organizations with multiple companies or branches get a read-only, aggregate overview across the whole group, with strict per-company data isolation underneath — no company ever sees another's letters or users. ★ A REAL AUDIT TRAIL Every status change, reassignment, and comment is recorded permanently and cannot be edited or deleted after the fact — accountability is built in, not bolted on. ★ FREE TO START Register directly in the app and try Letter Log for your own use with a generous daily letter allowance — no credit card and no sales call needed to get started. Letter Log is built and supported by Datacode. Questions or feedback: [email protected]

Answers: record who answered and to whom; the answer PDF is saved on the letter with a Share button. Send on can be resent or unsent. Assigners see who has seen a letter. Scans stay images, new attachments notify everyone assigned, and an assignment note no longer repeats.
